I also found on Wikipedia there's a movie called 'Gayniggers From Outer Space', again no joke (it's on the IMDB). The movie features the opening text as follows -

Gayniggers From Outer Space is one of my favorite movies of all time. It's a short little film about some gay black aliens who discover Earth and get rid of all the women, allowing the whole world to become gay. Possibly one of the funniest 30 minutes EVER.
The closing scene is in a European spa.
